Greentail’s Seafood Market & Kitchen started with a simple idea; to share the incredible local seafood of the Outer Banks. Founded in 2018 by proud OBX locals, it’s built on respect for the water, the fishermen, and the coastal traditions that inspire every dish. In our kitchen, heritage meets creativity, bringing fresh, seasonal flavors that capture the bold, honest spirit of the Outer Banks.

Brandi and Bryan created Greentails to celebrate the quality of Outer Banks seafood and the hardworking community behind it. Every dish reflects their passion for bold, fresh flavors, sustainable practices, and supporting local fisheries. From selecting the freshest catch to crafting seasonal specials in the kitchen, their goal is to honor the traditions of our coast while adding a creative twist to every plate. At Greentail’s, food isn’t just about eating, it’s about connecting with the waters, the people, and the flavors that make the Outer Banks so unique.
